My child is 21 month old he keeps on running here n there and rounds and round every time He speaks single single words but not clear He sit and pay attention to flash cards but once it's over again running here n there

In general,hyperactive kids will NOT do any sustained activity for more than 30-60 seconds. If so,consult a good child psychologist.
