How to increase height and lose weight

Hi my name is vinay i am 17 yrs old and my height is 5ft 2inch i want to increase and my weight is 69 kg i want to lose weight so what should i do can u give sum sugestion for lose weight and increase height

Hello Vinay, at the age of 17 it is difficult to increase height though u can try some exercises like stretching, do hanging exercises, take adequate sleep( 8-9 hours) and take proper nutrition. to loose weight, eat high fiber and high protein diet, avoid fats like butter, ghee,sweets and oily foods.have adequate milk, pulses, paneer, soy, sprouts eggs etc. eat small and frequent meals atleast 5-6 meals.for more details visit www.dietclinic.in
