Hello Vinay, at the age of 17 it is difficult to increase height though u can try some exercises like stretching, do hanging exercises, take adequate sleep( 8-9 hours) and take proper nutrition.
to loose weight, eat high fiber and high protein diet, avoid fats like butter, ghee,sweets and oily foods.have adequate milk, pulses, paneer, soy, sprouts eggs etc.
