My son is 3 months old. he has small iron burn on leg .how long it take to heal and disappear? Can i apply aloe vera gel ?

Please send a pic ... If any Pediatric surgeon is available in locality ,you can consult. I m available for online consult through practo ... as unless we see the wound ,cant give any treatment. As baby is just 3 months old ,few burns ointments too are not recommended.

No need to worry. Just apply T bact ointment. If it is snall , can keep it open . Otherwise cover it with bandage. Will heal with in a weak

It will be better if you could send a pic. It will be difficult to comment without seeing. If it is small with no blister or wound, yes you can apply. If there is any breach of skin better to apply silverix ointment. To get apt suggestion you can share a pic
