Hello dear. They look more like syringomas.. can also be milia... Closer inspection can help in accurate diagnosis. Visit my clinic in Delhi for their removal.

Hello. From the pictures it seems to be milia but difficult to say without close up clear pictures. Milia are tiny cysts and cysts do not go with any cream. You need to get them removed by extraction or cauterisation from a local dermatologist.
