How to dry out mucus of nose

I have blocked nose I have to sneeze out mucus by making roll of cotton and put into nose and then I sneeze and then some mucus comes out. I have enlarged nasal turbinates and post nasal drip and breathing problem. I have urge to sneeze but sneezes do not come automatically I sneeze my making some efforts or I have to go under sunlight. Is there any effective home remedy so that my mucus dries out completely? I am fed up from this above problem
