How to delay or avoid Preterm birth

2023-03-19 06:52:00
My wife is currently 32 weeks pregnant. Her Gynac has informed that baby has dropped a bit inside belly and his head is pushing the bladder of wife. My question is, should she now onwards be sedentary or can be physically active. In other words, does physical activities effect the labor.

Restriction of activity is not needed. The descent and pressure on bladder is common at this gestation.
