Hey! Thanks so much for coming out with this, it takes strength and courage. When you're feeling anxious, try to practice some breathing techniques to help calm yourself down. You can practice technqiues like the 4-7-8 technique where you breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds. You can also try to meditate on a daily basis to help you be more calm and composed in general. Try and journal and track your triggers, and any potential trial coping mechanisms that help you feel better.
I also suggest that you consider going for therapy too. Since you have mentioned your concerns here, I think we need to understand the roots and causes of this. We can also consider what coping mechanisms work for you, and explore how you can heal.
