Hi, I am a middle aged 46 year old man. I always get a catch or pain in one particular left side of upper back. I have tried massages and hot water fomentation for the same but it gives relief for sometime only. What will give me permanent cure? Is there any treatment in homoeopathy or naturopathy for upper back pain?
