What does 4mm calculus in mid pole mean.have been having lower abdomen pain left side and Lower back and back pain on left side too. What is the issue? How should it be treated?What are the options! is there any diet to heal? Do's and don'ts!

First of all , given ur weight and kidney size , they are small . 4 mm density can be fat near kidney or some artefact. Difficult to say it stone on the this report. Get NCCT KUB if u want

Stone is small and innocent and is not the cause of ur pain, pain may be due to indigestion, walk For 30 min daily, drink plenty of water 3 litres
