Now due to Work from home, continuos use of earphone increased, so ear pain also. Always feeling to clean the ear but not able to clean it completely. What is the best way to clean ear.

Don't try to self clean.. Generally the wax has a mechanism to come out on its own.. If it doesn't and there is accumulated wax then you can attempt to put dewax drops in the ear.. Then visit a local ENT doctor for cleaning

Ideally there is no need to clean ears. Get youself checked and if there is wax build-up, doctor will remove it.
