hi. The first thing that you check is your BMR. This determine s your ability to put on weight. If your genetic coding is by itself lean I.e if every one in your family stays lean additional supplements may be required. try eating frequent meals every 2 hours. Have a carb and protein rich diet. and gradually increase your dietary requirements. This should help you in the 1 St phase of weight gain
