I heard that manasamitra vatakam contains heavy metal and that Over Dosage may impair kidney, liver and brain functions.Is this true? But I have been prescribed this medicine for my anxiety disorder symptoms.how safe is it to consume this drug for the long term.how long can it be taken generally.your inputs would be helpful

Take the medicine from proper pharmacy. Can take for 3 months no issues. If mild case. But some take it for life long in severe cases.
