Hello Doctor, How safe it is to give "Brahmi Ghrita" to kids,as brahmi lowers the heart beat and also causes thyroid?

Dear 1)bramhi is Safe And Good also 2)each And every drug having side effect but in abnormal doses. 3)5 years??weight is 21??? 4)just take a tsp in morning only.

It is good for children for development of the brain functions and development of allround activities. As such brahmi is a known nuerotonic. Ghrita is also tonic .Therefore brahmi in ghrtaform is the best for children. Half teaspoon  everyday in emptystomach is very good . Improves memory,concentration and co ordinating intellectual powers.

Hello Ma'am,Give Brahmi /Shankhpuspi syp 1/2 tsf bid if U wish other wise no need for Brahmi ghrit etc, Give him Walnuts almonds pistachio Draksha anjeer pumpkin etc mixed roasted seeds Cow's milk and it's products honey etc
