1) Rabies is transmitted by dog bite YOUR FRIEND HAS WASHED HIS HANDS After playing with stray dog SO THERE IS no chance of u getting rabies
Next Steps
I will suggest that ur friend & you should feed the dog for a week , TO OBSERVE , if no symptoms manifest , NO FEAR If in this duration the dog runs away / dies / manifest symptoms. U r adv to take Inj RABIPUR 3 doses
Health Tips
If u want to keep / maintain a pet u should give vaccinator to the pet rather than yourself!!!

Are you sure his hands were wet with the Saliva of the dog or with sweat. If sweat then no issues.

Rabies is transmittedthrough saliva of infected canine animal Because you had a cut on fingers and his hand was wet may be due to saliva of dog--there was chance of infection. Donot warry --you have taken vaccine one yr earlier. You may go through serological testing. Generally done at 2 to 6 yrs interval. If titres of neutralising antibody falls below 1:5 booster dose should be given
