Lmp 8th Oct 2025 Periods irregular due to thyroid taking 75mcg tablets empty stomach .Cycles usually 36 to 39 days long Last thyroid test done on 23rd September 2025 tsh 2.79 T3 1.11 T4 11.23 Still periods miss ho gye I'm not sexually active so no pregnancy issue How long should I wait for my periods ?

Since thyroid levels are normal. Look for other causes of irregular periods like prolactin levels and PCOS . Do ultrasound also .

Thyroid is not the only issue to delay your period,, chek whether u gain in weight since last 4 to 6 month or usg to rule out pcod Normal menstrual cycle should be only 21-35 days
