Hello, How long does this roof of mouth inflammation takes to disappear? I was a ex smoker been 3 months, have got a dentist checked it, he says ignore but my anxiety isn't letting me sleep. Can you please help in estimated time it will take for this to cure completely. I'm not looking to restart smoking. I'm on antioxidants and multivitamins to help me with color changes.
