I cut down all extra sugar for 50 days Shifted to chapati from rice Eated all good life Now also I am shifted towards chapati only Early hba1c was 5.4 Now it runs at 4.8 Please applause for my improvement My father had diabetes so I don't want that's why doing so much to not get it

Very good for achievement . Diabetes type 1  follow genetic rule and type 2 is generally occurs due to bad life style as Taking so much sweet product made of sugar and No exercise and Stress and anxiety.

Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty foods and don't take sugar and it's byproduct and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
