How is hypothyroidism related to GERD?

2020-06-14 11:27:04
So recently I got diagnosed with gerd. My lifestyle is pretty good. I don't eat anything heavy. But yeah my tea consumption was too much. My doctor asked me if I have any thyroid related issues. I do. I stopped taking medication for hypothyroidism because early in the morning I had to pop a pantoprazole. Now I got it checked. t3 t4 is fine. Tsh is 6.94 . What should be the dose of my medicine? My honorable doctor on practo advised me to go for 25 mcg. What else can I do to cure this disease?
