Why, when should you go to a psychologist? I feel normal but I'm living a stressful life. I'm otherwise happy but feel so trapped in life. It can be normal, it can be just a phase or mood. So I don't know if it's serious... If I think about it I stsrt justifying myself that I'm just making a big deal out of everything.
