I am a 37 year old male suffering from herniated disc in my lower back. The doctor has asked me to take complete bed rest for few days and has prescribed some pain killers, if the pain is severe. I am a workaholic, hence its difficult to just lie in the bed. What are the treatment options for herniated disc?
