Hormonal acne under the chin at 30 years is commonly linked to hormonal imbalance, stress, PCOS, or irregular cycles. Avoid squeezing lesions. Use a gentle cleanser, non-comedogenic moisturizer, and daily sunscreen. Reducing high-sugar foods and managing stress can help. Applying aloe vera gel at night may soothe inflammation. If acne is painful, recurrent, or leaving marks, proper evaluation is important. You may visit our clinic for detailed assessment and personalised hormonal acne treatment.

Thanks for the clear pic provided. Hormonal issues like PCOD are a common occurrence presenting with cystic acne. There is NO need for lasers and this can be handled with medication. More history, a PCOD lab profile or LH:FSH ratio together with other details of your health, family and personal preferences and history, a clear action plan can be created for you. This can be easily sorted without the need for lasers at this stage. For a more detailed discussion welcome to connect ONLINE via this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
