Horizontal tear in Medial meniscus

Horizontal tear in Medial meniscus on left knee. MRI was done. Would like to know the best treatment for this to cure.

best treatment for meniscal tear is repair. basing on the time duration after injury the types of repair change .if the meniscal is not at all able to conserve then only go for meniscal balancing/ meniscectomy.  either ways u need a surgery to make your meniscus normal and walk properly

The best treatment will be to undergo surgery. Arthroscopic repair may be attempted but if repair is not possible, partial meniscectomy may be done.
Next Steps
Use knee support for now. Take analgesic tablet.
