I have observed horizontal bumps on big toenails and on 4 of my fingernails (hands) for the last 8-10 months (Beaus lines as per Google search). I have not yet seen a dermatologist for this issue but am taking treatment from a dermatologist for folliculitis. I am taking dietary hair and nail supplements for 3 weeks for hair loss. I have done ultrasound and blood tests for suspected PCOD including fasting blood glucose level etc., and my reports are normal. Should I be worried about these lines?
