Your Holter report confirms occasional Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT) with ill-sustained episodes — the cardiologist's impression is 'occasional supraventricular ectopics with ill-sustained SVT, please correlate clinically.' This explains your palpitations during sujood: the bent-forward posture alters venous return and vagal tone, which can trigger SVT in susceptible individuals. The fact that it resolves when you get up (posture change) is consistent with this. There are also only 4 ventricular ectopics which is insignificant. Average heart rate and rhythm are otherwise normal with no AV block.
Next Steps
You need a formal cardiology (or electrophysiology) consultation urgently. Depending on frequency and severity, treatment options range from vagal maneuvers and lifestyle measures to beta-blockers or radiofrequency ablation which can be curative for SVT. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

From your holter study, it states that you have occassional supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). This is transient, but sometimes it can prolong for longer duration. SVT is episode of abnormally rapid heart rhythm originating above the ventricles, typically beating at 150 to 250 beats per minute. Caused by faulty electrical signaling, it triggers sudden palpitations, chest fluttering, and dizziness. Mild episodes can often be stopped using vagal maneuvers, while persistent cases may require medical intervention. Medicine slowing heart rate may be prescribed for transient attacks. But if SVT is persistent, you need to go to hospital immediately, they will give chemical cardioversion ( with medicine named adenosine - only acts for 30 to 40 seconds only)..if this fails electric cardioversion. Permanent treatment is catheter ablation of abberent or extra path of signal that is causing SVT

Grossly your Holter report is normal.only few ectopics are there. Cause of your palpitations is non cardiac. Go for Thyroid profile. Also rule out gastric cause. Anxiety also causes palpitations. For further details you can connect.
