Should i cut my tonsils coz there are many holes formed due to tonsil stones its very irritating, If i remove my tonsils will this problem be cured

There are multiple pits present in the tonsiller surface,it's called tonsiller crypts.. sometime food particles may deposit in the crypts..it should not be the reason for tonsillectomy..
