Please help me.. My left hip joint is paining since 1 month. Right side knee swelling with pain. My MRI report showing sacroilitis. My blood test HLA B27 is positive. ESR and CRP both high.. Is it curable? Any medicine or suggestions please..

This is spondyloarthritis for sure..yes it can be controlled..u should consult rheumatologist
