Sir I understand your situation, I think you should know that there is something called window period in HIV which means a person can be infected with the virus and might also be infectious but the test result will be negative during this period. It usually lasts upto 3 wks to 3 months depending on the strain. Based on the reports you have given it clearly shows you dont have HIV but since there is also chance of window period get ELISA done after this period.
