HIV test non reactive on 29th day

I've tested non reactive with 4th gen HIV antibody P24 combo test after possible exposure (person with unknown HIV status) on 29th day. Should I be worried for 45 day test and so on ?

Okay ..no it's negative ..then most likely your other test will come negative only ..just repeat your test at day 90 ..then just forget and close this chapter
