Hi I am married and hiv viral load is undetectable. Can you plz suggest what is the safest method to have a baby as my wife is not aware of my hiv status and I am not in the position to disclose to her

By anyway there is risk of transmission to your partner & baby also so please disclose to your partner otherwise you will be in legal trouble & must use barrier contraceptives
