I went to dentist for dental checkup. It was a normal checkup no surgery or any other dental procedure. The dentist inserted her magnifying glass instrument to check my oral region and used a machine to spray water in mouth. I have health anxiety and so I have fear that what if the instrument used on me was not cleaned properly sterilized properly then can I get disease such as HIV, Hepatitis or HPV.
