I bought a disposable injection & Hepatitis B vaccine from a medical store and immediately went to a nearby clinic. While administering the injection, the cotton swab of alcohol fell from the person's hand and he used his thumb instead to stop the blood flow after removing the injection. I am very worried now that if there was any blood on his thumb from a previous patient or on the injection while I just bought it from the medical store, can I get infected with HIV? Can blood dry fast in 3-5 mins in this winter. What should I do?
