Had taken 1 hcg 5000 iv last Thursday along with other meds and tranexa for 3 days, as tranexa course completed I again started bleeding today took another hcg 5000 if today and started tranexa as per doctor. This means miscarriage already happened.

If you are miscarrying, tranexa or hcg will not help. You should get usg done. What did the first scan say?
