I had vit d deficiency,was having  3ng/ml . orthopedic doc prescribed uprise d3 6l injection for 5 weeks and ccm tablet daily for 3 months . Now my vit d level is 133ng/ml. I'm not able to contact the doctor that prescribed the tablet. What do I do. How to lower the vit d level pls help Should I stop eating curd and milk ???

Stop everything and focus on lifestyle changes to take care of your symptoms for which the Vit. D deficiency was seen as the culprit.

Don't worry ,continue ur curd and milk । Don't take any vit d for next 3 month . Repeat vit d after 3 months

If you have HYPERVITAMINOSIS D...(Excess Vitamin D) you should have the following symptoms. 1.Constipation 2.Muscle aches 3.Urge to drink more water.
Next Steps
If you don't have any of the above symptoms..just relax.
