I took a complete blood test as a normal checkup routine and found my TSH levels to be high. It is 8.33 (the range given in the report is 0.25-5.5)
Although my T3 and T4 levels are within the range. I want to know is it a matter of concern and do I need to start any medication to lower the TSH levels? Or only proper diet and exercise will help?

Your thyroid hormones are low that's why to increase production TSH is high.
