Do exercise daily for 40 min do yoga .. And stop eating junk foods and dairy product ... Take vit D and add more protein in your diet ... Maintain your sleep cycle

No natural tips to reduce testosterone. If we tackle pcos and cycles are normal then do not need to worry about levels. Medication is available. But it doesn’t allow pregnancy as it can harm the baby.
