Hi I have undergone angioplasty and for diabetic control novomix 50 has been given 20 units morning and 16 in night still sugar level is around 200 in morning and 300+ in night even if I am under diet. Previously before surgery used to have galvusmet 500, volibo and glimer now have stopped due to Dr prescription please let me know how to control.

Its because your tablets have been stopped completely. Its difficult to control sugars sometimes with only insulin being given. My opinion would be to restart galvus met along with insulin, unless there's some compelling reason to withhold it. You can discus with your doctor regarding the same.
