High Sgpt/sgot in pregnancy

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have high sgpt/sgot. My bile acids are also high(reports attached). My gynaecologist has prescribed Ursocol-SR 450 for the same and has asked for delivery at 37 weeks. Is there any risk involved? SGOT- 264 SGPT- 299 BILE ACIDS - 16.30
