High SGPT & SGOT in pregnancy

Hello My wife has high SGPT and SGOT(151/141) since three months She is taking Udilive 300,Silybon 70,Defcot 6 mg,Liv 52 ,Duphalc and hepamerz OA Dhruv .But, her shpt and sgot is not getting down. Wht should I do for the same ?should I move towards homeopathy ? Pls suggest

Liver enzymes may get deranged during pregnancy...and the levels are high but not critical. Usually nothing needs to be done, only monitoring. Rule out hepatitis by some blood tests. The medicines she is taking are unlikely to be of much use.
