High SGOT for 10 year old kid

Dear Doctors, please find attached report for a 10 year old girl child. She is not feeling well from few days, symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain. Please let us know if anything is disturbing or any concerns. How can we reduce sgot. Her Ultrasound scan of pelvis and abdominal is normal

Increase in SGOT level means there is some problem with the liver. There may be inflammation. Kindly consult to a gastroenterologist.
