I have been having fever for last 8 days. I did a blood test today. The SGOT was 104 and SGPT was 189. Also my CRP was 28.24. It was a serious concern. Please suggest.

Yes.  It is a serious matter. CRP  raised and  SGOT,  SGPT  raised quite a bit show that liver damage has set in and it can become worse. Please consult with a General Physician on Practo for lifestyle changes and drug treatment.
