Based on that report she has high cholesterol level.it’s due to high fat intake . Eating lipid rich food.also due to lack of physical work . Also due to some genetic in fat metabolism.if cholesterol more it will cause stroke and heart attack .
Next Steps
Take tablet atorvastatin 40 mg daily Also do ECG and CT scan 2D ECHO For prevention of stroke and heart attack.
Health Tips

your mother has hemoglobin level of 11.1 which is acceptable in woman, her platelts are on lower side ,which need to be looked into Total cholesterol is high but the triglycerides need early treatment as it is 326 mg ,her ldl and hdl are fine . Nonpharmacologic treatments are important in the therapy of hypertriglyceridemia. : ; Encouraging weight loss and exercise; Controlling hyperglycemia in patients with Diabtetes; Avoiding simple sugars and very high– carbohydrate diets. She needs medical tratment as well for high triglycerides ,like fenofibrate (lepanyhyl200 mg)once daily for few months till trigycerides become normal. along with it she can take omega 3 1000 mg once daily
Next Steps
repeat her lipid profile and liver function tests after 3months .Follow with your doctor to manage low platelets
Health Tips
avoid fatty foods ,use lots of fresh fruits and vegetable in the diet, exercise daily for 30 minutes of walkinf 5days in aweek

From what i see triglycerides are raised rest i don't see anything too significant. Hb is acceptable though I'm not sure why platelets are low. Did she recently have some infection or anything? Kindly update regarding the same... Rest HDL, LDL are good just triglycerides need to be managed. This could mean both non drug management. Omega 3 could be good for controlling these, rest some dietary modifications can help too. Like reducing carbohydrates and fat intake( especially saturated ones)
Next Steps
get her tested 3 months later, good luck
