High risk of preeclampsia 12th week scan

2022-01-14 19:48:28
I had my nt scan at 12 th week and the report says that there is high risk of preeclampsia. Baby growth is fine and double marker results are also normal. Uterine artery doppler right values came - s/d 11.4 PI 2.8 and RI 0.9 . Uterune artery doppler left value - s/d 3.1 pi 1.4 and ri 0.6 . Doc has suggested to cut down salt and suggested L agrihope sachet twice a day. I want to know is there anything else we can do to bring down this risk of preeclampsia or is it inevitable? Any response will be highly helpful and appreciated . I have attached scan report for reference

Yes you may continue L Arginine 2 times a day as prescribed.  A good follow up is required . Ultrasound and doppler studies.   As pregnancy advances and if the dr finds growth is affected by these studies may intervene to deliver ? Consult your dr.
