High risk NT, Low risk NIPT and IUGR

Hello, I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I got Nt scan 1:7 high risk. My NIPT came back low risk so I was relaxed but I was diagnosed with IUGR and single umbilical artery and I wasn't suggested amniocentesis. I took second opinion and got amniocentesis done and it'll take 4 weeks for the final test to come. My baby is maintaining blood flow and growth but it's two weeks behind. I also had low PAPP-A too. Now I'm worried about the result.

Did you get dual marker test along with NT scan on the same day? Please upload the reports and NIPT as well to analyse. And we need a detailed history like any family history of congenital anomalies or miscarriages and medical conditions ..... and so on. But please have patience and wait for amniocentesis report. For IUGR you need to take rest well as your are just 24 weeks and teport shows IUGR. Its early onset. Take good protein diet and oral fluids. Connect for prescription and detailed explanation
