My periods are 26-28 day length in general . My serum prolactine level is 656 when I checked it on 2nd day of my period , is there anything to worry about ?

It is too high. In fact it suggests a brain tumor. Please consult a Gynaecologist and also a Neurophysician. You will need an MRI scan of the head to look for a Pituitary gland tumour.
