High prolactin

2023-11-08 02:46:31
Non pregnant female with regular periods and no known health issues. Thyroid is normal. Vit B12 was low. But everything else in the checkup was within the limits except a high prolactin of 129 ng/ml. Should I get an MRI? What could be the issue. What is the right way to go forward to get a correct diagnosis.
