High Prolactin levels

Is a prolactin level of 143.3 dangerous for a non-pregnant lady and can it be fine after taking medication in the absence of period? Is it a cause of worry? Initially it was 156 it reduced now? Do i need MRI scan as it doesnt seem severe as of now. Please advise should i visit a gyanec of endocrinologist?
