High prolactin and TSH and low AMI

Hello doctor, me and my wife are planning for pregnancy and we met with gynaecologist who suggested for FSHAMHLH and thyroid . Attached is the report . Test is done on day 5 of cycle. Prolactin is 42 and total thyroid is 5 which are on higher side . AMH level is 0.43 but reference value shows it's in range for age 32 but when I looked up for standard values it showed above 1 . I am confused on this so there is any problem for my wife conceiving naturally. Kindly advice

Amh levels are poor Natural conception should not be tried Connect with an infertility specialist Advised to proceed with donor egg ar this low amh levels
