I am having myopia since i was in 6th class right now my myopia is -7.50 d plus 2.50 cyclinder in left and -7.50 in right plus 2.50 cylinder . i want to know how can i increase my eyesight naturally because surgeries are very risky

There is no natural way to reduce the power . nee dto use your glasses regularly with regular eye examination and dilated retina examination atleast yearly once. if you want to get rid of glasses can use contact lenses or can go for refractive procedures after thorough examination and suitable procedure for you will be advised after investigations

No Natural way.pl preserve the sight.pl take green leafy vegetables and fish and eggs etc. Pl use glasses continuously. Pl reduce screen time.

No natural way to reduce number  ,have to wear spectacles regulary or can go for refractive surgery , and it is safe , consult with refractive surgeon in your area.
