I have -4.5D spherical Inn both eyes... I m not getting 6/6 with complete correction only getting 6/9. I m worried about retinal problems due to high myopia, what shud I do to prevent it... Plz help... Does everyone with high myopia faces retinal detachment in his lifetime? I'm very scared

Hi, There is no reason to be scared.  Not every one with high myopia gets retinal detachment.  Please go for regular eye check up with your local retina specialist.  He/ she will let you know if any issue arises.
