High Mean PI value in Pregnancy

Hi doctor, Please find my attached NT report and anamoly scan report. In anamoly it is mentioned as high PI value of above 99 percentile. I was taking ecospirin 75 mg already and now doctor has increased the dosage to 150 mg. Please confirm whether this high PI value of above 99 is dangerous? Already I am taking BP tablet of labetalol 100 mg in the morning and 50 mg in the night. BP is normal only. Do I need to take any other medicine for this high PI? Also would like to take tests for preeclampsia. What tests should I take? Please advise

Continue taking your Present medication. Your doctor will advise tests for pre eclampsia accordingly whenever required.

You are 32 weeks pregnant. Not many Gynaecologists will do a Caesarean at this stage. It is better to assess you by your BP and Kidney function tests rather than PI. And we can't reduce PI.  We can only control BP, whatever benefit it does to the PI. So we should be practical rather than running after statistics.
